$25 - First stamp per person

$10 Subsequent stamp per person

One $10 on-line platform servicing fee

Mobile Notary Fee

Mobile Notary Travel Fee $30.00

First Notarization of each Signer $15.00

Subsequent Notarization of each signer $7.50

Signing Agent Assignments (note: All Notaries are certified Loan Signing Agents with required Background checks and E&O Coverge.)
